Become a Member
To become a member, simply fill out our membership form and bring it to the Challenger Learning Center at 200 South Duval Street. At this time you can submit payment in the form of cash, check, Visa or MasterCard and will be given your membership materials. For your convenience, you can download the appropriate form at the links below or you may pick up a form at our box office.
